This permanent opportunity is to join a Children’s Services Long Term Team based in West Berkshire.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff in the day to day delivery of services in respect of vulnerable children, including those with a Child Protection Plan , subject to care proceedings and children who are looked after or in need. 

It is suited to those currently in an Assistant Team Manager position or at a Senior Level with experience in a similar environment who want a change into a Managerial role.

 - GSCC Registered Social Work qualification
 - Experience in Children’s Services – Child Protection, Family Support, CIN or LAC
 - Car driver essential
